Purpose of the Program
The program aims to express our gratitude for our shareholders' continued support, to enhance the appeal of investing in our shares, and to encourage more investors to hold our shares over the medium to long term.
Eligibility
The program is available to shareholders recorded in our shareholder register as of March 31 and September 30 each year who have continuously held 1,000 shares (10 units) or more for at least six months*.
*"Continuously held for at least six months" means being recorded in our shareholder register under the same shareholder number with 1,000 or more shares on at least two consecutive record dates (March 31 and September 30).

*The notice for the September 30 record date will be enclosed with the Notice of Convocation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The notice for the March 31 record date is scheduled to be mailed within approximately three months of the record date.

- When will I receive the notice?
- Within approximately three months of each record date. The notice for the September 30 record date is enclosed with the Notice of Convocation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
- What should I do if I change my address?
- Please update your address with your securities company. The notice is mailed to the address recorded in our shareholder register.
